Semolina Porridge (for 10 persons)

1/2 package of semolina
sugar
milk powder
pounded roasted unsalted peanuts
or bananas or dried fruit

Caramelize the sugar and add water and the semolina. Cook at middle to low heat until the semolina starts to become thick. Add milk or milk powder (diluted in water). Cook until it doesn't thicken anymore. You have to stir it the whole time or it will stick and burn! It should have consistency of a thick soup. It will thicken more when it cools down. Add the peanuts or fruit at the end. Let it cool down a little before serving.
